Song talks about a person who is driven by his left over feelings for his ex- lover.
Infact the way he is drawn to those feelings lately, due to a song\activity that reminds him more of the other person.

The person is curious if his ex-lover feels the same way but at the same time
does not want to know (Kind of like the Schrödinger's cat)
